How The WLP Series Works
Advanced Water Treatment Process
• Wash water enters through the included 1.0 HP surface mount sump pump.
• Corona discharge ozone technology instantly attacks odor causing bacteria.
• Ozone treatment helps break apart emulsified oils for easier separation.
• Three stage oil, water, and solids separator removes hydrocarbons and suspended solids.
• Oil attracting coalescing media captures mechanically emulsified oil particles.
• Automated ORP control system injects germicide to eliminate odor causing bacteria.
• Automated pH control system maintains proper treatment chemistry.
• Customized multi media filtration removes particulates down to 25 microns.
• Activated carbon filtration removes hydrocarbons, herbicides, pesticides, metals, chlorides, and other contaminants.
• Treated water is pressurized and stored for reuse at 30 PSI to 50 PSI.
