How The WCP Series Works
Multi Stage Water Treatment Process
• Wash water enters the system through the included 1.0 HP surface mount sump pump.
• Water enters the cone shaped clarifier where solids, oils, and contaminants are separated.
• Oil attracting coalescing media captures mechanically emulsified oils.
• Ozone injection destroys odor causing bacteria and improves oil separation.
• Oil is automatically collected in an integrated oil decanter.
• Solids settle into the sludge collection chamber for easy removal.
• Water passes through a customized multi media filtration system that removes particles down to 25 microns.
• Manual models utilize reusable polyester cartridge filters for additional filtration.
• Activated carbon polishing filters remove hydrocarbons, herbicides, pesticides, chlorides, and other contaminants.
• ORP and pH controllers automatically maintain proper water chemistry.
• Treated water is stored and pressurized for reuse at 30 PSI to 50 PSI.
