Designed for cleaning heavily soiled vehicles, machinery, and industrial equipment, the RCPCE HEG Series is engineered for demanding wash bay and stationary cleaning applications. Built with rugged industrial components and dependable belt drive performance, these hot water pressure washers deliver reliable cleaning power for commercial facilities, fleet maintenance operations, manufacturing plants, equipment shops, and agricultural cleaning environments.

• Thermal relief valve for added pump protection.
• Open drip proof electric motor with manual thermal overload protection.
• Powder coated steel frame with removable side panels.
• Heavy duty ½ inch Schedule 80 pipe coil heat exchanger.
• Natural gas or LP gas fired natural draft burner system.
• Aspirating type burner with 10 inch draft diverter.
• 24V control system.
• Adjustable thermostat for temperature control.
• Pressure switch and over pressure safety controls.
• Polyethylene float tank with inline screen filter.
• Electronic ignition with standing pilot light.
• Temperature rise up to 150°F above ambient.
• Maximum outlet temperature of 200°F.
• Optional steam capability up to 250°F.
• Includes quick connect nozzles: 0°, 15°, 25°, 40°, and fixed detergent nozzle.
• Includes 50 foot steel wire braided high pressure hose.
• Adjustable pressure insulated dual lance included.
• Professional insulated trigger gun with safety lock off.
