Built for the most demanding industrial cleaning environments, the RCPCE HEG High Volume Wash Series delivers powerful high flow hot water cleaning performance for removing heavy dirt, oil, grease, sludge, and industrial grime. Engineered for large scale wash bay operations and continuous duty cleaning applications, these stationary hot water pressure washers are ideal for fleet washing, heavy equipment cleaning, mining operations, agriculture, manufacturing facilities, and industrial maintenance environments.

• Powder coated steel frame with removable side panels.
• Heavy duty ½ inch Schedule 80 pipe coil with 8 pancake heat exchanger.
• ¾ inch Schedule 80 pipe coil on HEG-2010 models.
• Natural gas or LP gas fired natural draft burner system.
• Aspirating type burner with 12 inch stack.
• Electronic ignition with intermittent pilot system.
• Adjustable outlet thermostat for precise temperature control.
• Built in hour meter.
• Polyethylene float tank with inline screen filter.
• Time delay shutdown system automatically powers down the unit after trigger release.
• Unique coil design helps regulate outlet temperatures and reduce temperature swings.
• Temperature rise up to 150°F above ambient.
• Maximum outlet temperature of 200°F.
• Includes quick connect nozzles: 0°, 15°, 25°, 40°, and fixed detergent nozzle.
• Includes 50 foot steel wire braided high pressure hose.
